My name is Aleksandra Cwen. I come from Poland but I live in Vienna, Austria. I am an actress. I play in theatre and film. I also take part in shaolin online games.
For me self-development, keeping my body and mind in shape has always been very important. I searched for a long time for a suitable place to train. And I found everything here in the Shaolin Tempel Cultural Centre in Vienna, run by Grandmaster Shi Yan Liang.
Here I got to know Kung-Fu, Taichi, Qi Gong and Chan Meditation.
Shaolin Tempel is a place that gives so much. It is a place that makes you stronger, gives you strength and energy, improves the agility of your whole body.
It is a place that makes you achieve new goals and dreams.
But what is most beautiful here in the Shaolin culture is that each of us is the same. There are no differences. Harmony, peace, friendship and sharing are important here. This strength, this balance helps me in my professional and private life.
