The Fujian Chamber of Commerce in Henan Province donated 15 tons of sea salt to the Shaolin Temple on the morning of Dec. 29, 2020. Abbot of the Shaolin Temple Shi Yongxin accepted donations on behalf of the Shaolin Temple and met with representatives of the chamber of commerce at the Abbot Hall. Both sides had a good talk with each other.

Representatives of the Fujian Chamber of Commerce showed their respect for the Shaolin Temple. They expressed their approval and admiration that the Shaolin Temple has been actively promoting the spread of Shaolin culture overseas and excellent traditional Chinese culture around the world, hoping Shaolin Temple could make persistent efforts to tell good Chinese stories and make more people love Chinese culture and Shaolin culture. 

Abbot Yongxin expressed his thanks to the Fujian Chamber of Commerce in Henan province for their donations, and said that entrepreneurs from the Fujian Chamber of Commerce contribute to economic and social development of Henan province and Fujian province, and promote friendship among the people between two places, hoping that the chamber of commerce would contribute more to the development of Henan province and Fujian province.
