Guided by Master Yanlin and Master Yankan, the delegation had a look around Shaolin Temple and learnt about the history and cultural inheritance of Shaolin Temple.

At 4:00 p.m., Ven. Abbot Shi Yongxin talked with the delegation happily in Abbot’s Room. He introduced the delegation the history of Shaolin Temple, the life mode of Shaolin monks and Shaolin Temple’s influence in Buddhist circles. Ven. Abbot Shi Yongxin also introduced them Shaolin Cultural Festivals held by Shaolin Temple in Europe and North America as well as the third (European) Shaolin Cultural Festival which will be held in London in October.
